Online ordering was very easy with countless combination choices. Items arrived with specified time and as expected.

This is worth every penny. The quality is superb. Even the texture of the board looks and feels durable. Not some flimsy fabric on a thin board. I switched out the push pins it came with for some esthetically pleasing wooden ones. I also opted to use command strips to hang it on my wall rather than the hooks it comes with. I simply unscrewed them from the frame.

Unfortunately, I haven't received my most recent order to examine. In the past , I have always been very satisfied with your quality. You switched to Amazon for delivery and it's apparent to me that they have no idea where my order is since their last update was on January 4. There also has been no follow up from your side even though I have sent an email and called a couple of times. Waited on customer service yesterday for over 15 minutes and then was asked to provide a phone number to call back. You need to go back to FedX or UPS for a more reliable delivery.

The picture turned out and looked great. Pleased with the results. The one complaint I have is that I was specifically looking for a 14x18 picture. In the US that is 14 left to right and 18 up and down. Instead of following that logic, they will put 14lx18w instead of flipping the numbers around. So my fault for not catching it but it printed in a direction I wasn't expecting. Still is a good product though.

I've been using Art to Frames for the past year as my go-to framing source. As a professional artist, I often have to buy frames on a quick turnaround for exhibiting my work or for custom prints or paintings. In this photo is a framed print for a client and it came out lovely. I like how I can customize what I want from mat to frame at an affordable price. It takes a lot of work off of my load when I don't have to cut the mats. Overall I would highly recommend Art to Frames to other artists.

One issue I've run into while ordering is filtering by the depth of the frame. Sometimes I paint oils on cradled panels and need a frame that is more than a 1/2” in depth. It would be great if I could more clearly see the options available to accommodate this. So far I've only been able to find one frame with that depth option.
