The quality of the custom frame is outstanding and shipping was very fast. Art to Frames is a great way to frame oddly sized treasures at a very reasonable price. Love ordering from them!

I've purchased from ArttoFrames for years and have generally been very happy. I ordered several frames this time and two arrived slightly damaged. Tried contacting customer service via their website chat. Doesn't work. Tried their contact form for damaged frames. Doesn't work. Tried calling. Waiting in line for some time just to be sent to a voicemail. At the time of writing this I have yet to receive a response or a resolution. Aside from fixing the issues (and there are many) on their website, I would recommend that whomever is packing the frames is more careful as to not damage them before they're shipped, or not package frames that have visible damage to them.

Horrible experience. This was a holiday gift so I chose the option of pickup in Brooklyn. Was messaged Monday morning that item needed to be picked up, along with hours of operation, until 5PM. Arrived at 4:20 after subway ride from upper Manhattan. Closed. Abandoned. Called customer service multiple times with no answer. Finally spoke with a person on phone. Was told that the employee was on her lunch break and that she had left at 4:30. Lie #1. Now 4:50 and am told she's returning in 20 minutes. Lie #2. Waited 40 minutes until 5:30. Just about to leave when woman arrives and states that I am at fault because it is required that you call in advance of pickup. Lie #3.

I have purchased a few frames from Art to Frame. all od which are top quality. The delivery was fast, too.

Bought a gift card for someone to use for purchasing frames on this site. However, you have to use a gift card like a promo code instead of a form of payment, therefore you can't use another actual promo code on their site for any real savings. I've never seen this before on any other site. A gift card should be used as a form of payment, not a discount. This is a major flaw with buying from Art to Frames, especially if you gift a gift card to someone and they want to take advantage of any current promos.
