Great frame, light enough for me to hang it myself but it looks expensive! Also great customer service, would definitely order from them again!

Everything that was advertised. Perfect fit for the border and my Diamond Painting project. Instructed Amazon to package securely because of the glass.

People say 19.75x26.75 is perfect for a1,000 piece puzzle. I have s puzzle that size but is 19.25x27.25 … half an inch shorter on one side, longer on the other.

This puzzle was made in Germany. I guess another European vs US measurement issue?

It took a little finessing to get the puzzle into the frame (because we didn’t want to glue it) but it looks sooo good and was the correct size for the puzzle we put together.

Perfect for my grandson puzzle! Color was perfect and easy to hang! Scratched resistance! Good price!

False advertisement - buyer beware! This item was advertised as a stained solid wood frame. What I received was a vinyl wrapped particle board frame. There was absolutely no solid wood or stain on the frame. Do they think that people actually can't tell the difference??? What a waste of my time as I had to drive an hour to drop the package off to return it at a UPS drop off location.

For the price- it's extremely cheap quality. First off, it's plexi for the glass. And the back is an actual piece of cardboard.

I have been wanting a nicer frame than the stock white metal one that came with my Frame TV for quite a while. This one looks really nice in my living room. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the quality and thickness of the frame appears comparable to the expensive frames my much wealthier parents get for custom artwork. On that note I would say the quality justifies the price of the frame itself, but it may still be a stretch for some to justify at 30% the cost of the tv itself.

As far as assembly, I am not sure what I was expecting, but even at 6 months pregnant I thought to myself, “how hard can it be?” Well it certainly wasn’t hard to get the frame together, but it did require patience and a good hammer. There was a little bit of finagling required to get the corners to line up and come together straightly. Then came hanging the frame itself, which would have definitely been easier with a buddy. It’s massive! I also highly recommend ensuring you have removed the old frame before attempting to install the new one; I skipped that step and it led to a lot of colorful language in front of my toddler. Overall, the final look is worth it, although my husband will be displeased to see that our fancy new frame highlights that he mounted the tv slightly off kilter.
