Some body screwed up my address on order (and I DID put my address on order ) so it was sent back to sender !!! I never received the frame ? And I really liked it!!!! Thanks a lot !!!!!!!!!

The frame they sell does not fit a 15 x 18 photo. The opening is much smaller than that. Consequently, when I received the frame, it was no use to me. I returned it, and even though it was the seller's mistake, they charged me a restocking fee of over $12, about half the price of the frame! This is not a responsible seller. I will not buy from them again.

This frame is perfect. It was wrapped so well for shipping! It showed amazing customer care to be taking the time to prepare this frame perfectly for shipping. Impressive.

The frame looks elegant and the color pops against the plain colored walls of our rental. The quality of the glass in the front is sturdy enough I don’t have concerns of it being easily broken. I’ve had frames delivered in the past which have come shattered due to the integrity of the glass but this one held up well. It was easy to hang and isn’t too heavy that you worry that you have to find studs to put the hardware into.
