Hardware for hanging photo is ugly and ruins the photo

It's not a first time I am ordering a frame for mom's embroidery work. This was slightly larger than usual but it was as good as smaller ones. The only problem that in the description picture frame a little bit greener than actual item. It still worked pretty good.

Good quality but, the shipping cost puts the frame price over the top…

Wood was chipped for all frames I bought in different sizes.

I was worried the size might be different but it turned out to be perfect. The attached hanging nails & wire are a bit cheap
