I've bought a handful of frames from here over the years, this was my biggest one yet (24x34) and the first to be shipped instead of picked up. I was beyond impressed with the shipping packaging- it was very sturdy, well labelled, and super secure. The measurements are on point, the frame is nicer than anticipated, and the hanging hardware was easily installed.

I'm happy to continue buying my custom frames from this shop :)

The frame and mat are both top quality. It was very hard to find a frame for 4x5” triple picture frame. This one worked great.

Mirrored edge looks like trash. No luck trying to work with the seller. I would go with another option.

It was well wrapped when it was shipped. The print was easy to install and fit perfectly with the mat we had chosen. the frame with the print makes the print look like a piece of fine art which is what I was hoping for when I selected the frame. It will significantly increase the price I can charge for the framed print. When I suggested a price to my wife, she said it wasn't enough, it was that beautiful.

Color is not white like picture. They wanted a quarter of the price to return. Don’t buy.

Great for cruise photos

I had searched 13x19in and found this beautiful frame not realizing that the dimensions are not in inches but in centimeters making it drastically smaller that I had been expecting and unusable. For returns they charge you for shipping label (deducted from the refund). While at a glance this frame seems to be a quality frame but expensive.

This frame is the perfect size and color green. very well made and came packaged very well so no chance of damage. I'm thrilled with this frame!
