REASON FOR RETURN

ArtToFrame.com warrants returns for customers who have placed orders in the wrong size, items that are no longer needed or wanted, accidental orders, or for incorrect items ordered on our website.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on orders over 10 pieces.

Refunds are applied accordingly, based on your method of payment and can take up to 1 week to appear back on your account.

Order numbers MUST be marked on the outside of your return shipment in order to process your refund.

MY ITEM ISN'T THE RIGHT ITEM/SIZE/COLOR

We request an image of the damaged or wrong item sent to us in an email, so that we can determine what went wrong and help make it right. (Email address can be found in our contact section).

MY ITEM IS DAMAGED

We do not require that damaged glass or damaged framework be returned to us at this point in time.

We apologize for the inconvenience the damages may have caused you and do not want to cause further inconvenience to you by returning these items to us.

MY PLEXI GLASS ARRIVED SCRATCHED/DAMAGED ?

Our Plexi Glass is shipped with a thin protective film on both sides that should be removed before inserting your artwork. If you have already removed the protective film and your glass or plexiglass still appears scratched, please provide us with your order number and images of the damage so that we can assist you in the quickest way possible.

HOW TO RETURN ITEM(S)

Order numbers MUST be marked on the outside of the box in order to be processed for a product refund minus the cost of shipping.

Shipments received without order numbers cannot be processed for returns.

RETURN LABELS

Return labels canbe provided upon request. The cost of the label will be withheld from any applicable refund.

Please use your preferred shipping method to make your returns. We recommend shipping your items back to us with UPS or FedEx using GROUND shipping for the least expensive option.
